NHS teachers make impassioned plea to school board

Some Navarre High School teachers and parents fought back tears Dec. 11 as they asked the Santa Rosa County School Board to balance its budget without cutting teachers’ jobs.
New superintendent Tim Wyrosdick already has announced some teaching positions will be cut to help the district deal with decreased revenues.
