School board approves 2013 budget

The budget for the Santa Rosa County School District for 2012-13 was approved at a Sept. 6 meeting in Milton, and the board discussed a number of funding issues that affect students, teachers and administrators in county schools.

The total budget for the county’s school district was approved at $262,470,925, with an operating budget of $186,599,477.
