The Santa Rosa County School Board met on May 24 in Milton, the same day that the Florida Department of Education released a press release on the FCAT 2.0 scores for the reading and mathematics scores.
“This is a brand new test,” said Superintendent Tim Wyrosdick. “Comparing it to the past performance is not indicative of being equitable and fair, but our goal is always to produce results that are above the state average and continue the progress and we’ve done that again this morning.”
