Kids power up at HNP

Students at Holley-Navarre Primary School students participate in the Go Crazy Dance at the Kid Power presentation on May 15.

Holley-Navarre Primary School hosted a pilot program on May 15 with Kid Power: Operation Lunch Line, designed to help children make healthy choices about food and exercise.

The presentation to HNP’s second-graders was a unique blend of entertainment and education. The hour-long show lets children explore inside the body in 3D, showing the mechanics of digestion by going inside the body of a boy named Max, who doesn’t feel very well because he doesn’t eat properly or exercise enough.
