Results of the 2011 Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) showed that Santa Rosa County students placed among the top three school districts in the state for writing.
Santa Rosa placed first in the state for tenth-grade FCAT writing scores and third in the state in the fourth-grade and the eighth-grade writing scores.
