The State Attorney's Office announced today that it would not file criminal charges against Santa Rosa County Superintenent Tim Wyrosdick for allegations claiming he violated several Florida Elections Law provisions.
"This review has determined that there is insufficient evidence to warrant the filing of criminal charges," the press release stated. The complaints against Wyrosdick were made by Dr. George McCormick, who is running against Wyrosdick for the position of superintendent.
