NHS Indoor Drumline finishes a winning year

The Navarre High School drumline performs its winning routine at the Gulf Coast Color Guard and Percussion Circuit Championships, a performance that garnered them a bronze medal.

Navarre High School’s Indoor Percussion team placed third in the Gulf Coast Color Guard and Percussion Circuit Championships on March 31, scoring a bronze medal for their efforts.

This is only the third year that the indoor drumline has been in existence, and it was competing against teams that have been established for decades.

By placing third, the drumline brought home medals for each participant and a championship trophy. Graduating seniors Jake Hebert, captain, and Steven Caudill, snare section leader, and Eric Watts, bass guitar, will wear their medals proudly at the commencement ceremony on June 2.
