Pensacola State College is now accepting student applications for its newly opened South Santa Rosa Center campus.
Classes begin on Jan. 6, 2012 in a wide variety of disciplines such as biology, math, history, theater and environmental science. Adult education classes and courses at PSC’s Collegiate High School are also available at the new campus.
The center is designed to meet all of its students needs including enrollment assistance, financial aid and help planning a course load.
The $9 million-center will help Pensacola State better serve one of Florida’s fastest growing counties, Pensacola State College President Ed Meadows said in a recent press release.
The campus contains 10 classrooms and two science labs. In addition, there will be a library, bookstore, financial aid and bursar’s offices, a full-time security staff office, and testing facilities, according to Diane Baxter, director of facilities planning and construction for PSC.
