The Santa Rosa County School Board met once again in preparation for the upcoming school year.
With classes slated to begin on Aug. 22, and construction ongoing in several area schools, the agenda was once again full.
The pending school year budget is still open for public debate on Sept. 8; the main focus of the meeting came with the release of the 2010 –11 school data.
The data was compiled over the previous year and was gathered from three sources: employee engagement surveys, parent satisfaction surveys and support card surveys, which asked administrators to weigh in on the board’s activities.
