West Navarre Intermediate School Assistant Principal David Crissy presents fifth-grade student Ben Scharron from West Navarre Intermediate School with a trophy and plaque for his first-place finish in Santa Rosa County’s 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Program Speech Contest. Scharron’s topic was the Bryon Brothers, a nationally ranked tennis doubles team.
