Senior art students at Navarre High School have been working  on a variety of projects throughout the year, and some of their efforts will be rewarded with a place at the upcoming All County Youth Art Exhibition.
The art show will be held in Milton on April 9 – 10 in conjunction with the Riverwalk Arts Festival. Teacher Yvonne Lang said the competition is stiff and she’s not certain which student’s pieces will be in the show.
One piece is assured a place in the show; Jordan Wells, a senior, created a weaving on one of two floor looms that Lang keeps in her classroom. Titled “Music with the Strings,”  it is adorned with drumsticks at the top and guitar picks dangling from the fringe.
