Scholarship available for Navarre area student-athletes

The Pensacola Sports Association announced last week a partnership with the Dr. Alec Kessler Memorial Student-Athlete Scholarship Fund in the awarding of a scholarship to an area student-athlete.

The recipient of the scholarship will be announced and presented during PSA’s Subway High School All-Star Basketball Game Banquet on Thursday, March 10.

The scholarship fund is affiliated with the Andrews-Paulos Research & Education Institute, a non-profit entity of the Andrews Institute, which is the presenting sponsor and official sports medicine provider of the Subway High School All-Star Series. To date, more than $20,000 has been awarded to applicants.
