Zoo provides backdrop for new academy

Three hours of education, a quick train ride, the chance to pet a camel or two and then on to art. If only all fourth grade classes were this fun.

The Lighthouse Academy at the ZOO, a collaboration with The ZOO Northwest Florida, is now open after six months of getting permits, doing construction and hiring.
