NHS seniors shine at Girls State

Rebecca Boucher and Shani Pyle, who will be seniors at Navarre High School this fall, got firsthand knowledge about the role of government at Girls State, a program that provides citizenship training to young women.

The two were in Tallahassee from July 6-10 and spent most of that time at the state capitol, gathering knowledge through legislative sessions, campaigning, party rallies, debating and voting.
