Board accepts deposit to extend Gulf Breeze deal

Business was done, volunteers recognized and proclamations made at the Santa Rosa County School Board meeting Thursday, Feb. 19 in Milton.

The hot topic was school district-owned property in Gulf Breeze. Tiger Point Land Development LLC, represented by James Kearney, agreed to pay $1.647 million for the property on U.S. Highway 98 next to the Sea Shell Collections shopping center in August 2008.
