Drop in housing prices expected to continue

Home prices in the Navarre area should continue to drop, an expert told members of the Navarre Area Board of Realtors last week.

“You cannot have sales go up and prices go up,”  said Al Muller of Metro Market Trends.  “You just can’t. For sales to go up again, prices have to go lower.”
