Cecelia Cappella, who, with husband Mike, owns Tropical Beach Weddings, was driving along U.S. Highway 98 recently when she saw a  “for rent”  sign at Navarre Beach Flower Boutique. With the lease for the company’s office space at 8438 Gulf Boulevard expiring Jan. 31, an idea bloomed.

“We loved our beach office but we needed more room,”  said Cappella.  “I thought this building might make a good spot if we wanted to move our Tropical Beach Weddings office.”
