New sub shop receives reduced tap fee

Lenny’s Sub Shop received some good news when owner Glenn Schaible was informed that the water tap fee for his new Navarre store would be less than originally planned.

During an Aug. 21 Holley-Navarre Water System board meeting, Schaible approached the board members about the rates for the restaurant.

“The last time I was here, we talked about rates, the impact fees/tap fees for the sub shop,” said Schaible. “I gave (System Engineer Buck Paulchek) information (to) calculate what the fee will be.”
