Santa Rosa attending London aerospace event

Shannon Ogletree, interim executive director of the Santa Rosa Economic Alliance, will be traveling to London, England on July 9-13 to attend the annual Farnborough International Airshow (FIA).

According to a press release from the Santa Rosa Economic Alliance, FIA will be Santa Rosa's first opportunity to get in front of the global aerospace community in this new context. With Airbus building an assembly plant in Mobile, an hour away from Santa Rosa County, the Economic Alliance stated that the county’s ready-made sites and work force will be in greater demand among Tier-1 and Tier-2+ suppliers.
