Finding answers for workforce development

People want to know what will give them a leg up in the local job market and TEAM Santa Rosa is looking for answers.

The Economic Development Council has put together an industry survey that will be distributed this month and aims to find out what local industries are looking for in current and potential employees in terms of degrees and certifications.

Ildi Hosman, public affairs director for TEAM Santa Rosa, said by conducting this survey educational institutions and other organizations know which programs to offer students to increase their hiring potential.
