Agriplex phase one to commence

Horse lovers got some happy news near the end of June; the long requested equestrian center project is starting.

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners voted to move forward with phase one of the Agriplex project, the equestrian center, to be located in the East Milton community. Commissioner Bob Cole said there is definitely more than one phase to the project, but some of them are still under discussion.

“The first phase is a covered equestrian center and the next phase is expanded fairgrounds and there is even talk of possibly food processing center and combination of usages involving UF Isis Center,” said Cole.
