Though a physically large part of Navarre, the Navarre Wal-Mart is also largely philanthropic in the community.
During the May 26 meeting of the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners, the Navarre Wal-Mart and Pensacola Sam’s Club were honored for the time and money they’ve donated to improving Santa Rosa County, all through the companies’ volunteer programs.
J.D. Brewer, assistant manager of Sam’s Club Pensacola, was present at the meeting to represent the Wal-Mart Foundation.
