Many new restaurants in the local area open their doors to much less fanfare, but the Jazzy Jellyfish Café is a unique dining experience. On May 5, the café will once again open its doors to feed hungry diners and raise money for local children’s charities.
The café is the brainchild of Gulf Breeze Elementary School teachers Leslie Gunn and Cindy Shaw, both of whom teach third grade. What began as a way to incorporate dressing up for Halloween has turned into a powerful fundraiser and a unique learning opportunity for students.
