Real Estate market – Who’s up, who’s down

The Emerald Coast real estate market is looking up.

Overall sales in 2010 increased by 13 percent over 2009 sales, with 500 more units sold in 2010. Condo sales were up more than 27 percent and home sales were up more than six percent, according to the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.
