Year-long courtship may lead to new business

Northwest Florida Industrial Park is currently unoccupied, but that may change.

The park, located on the corner between Interstate 10 and State Road 87 in Milton, has also been referred to as Pullum Commerce Park. The park has been available for occupancy for the last couple of years, but TEAM Santa Rosa has only been marketing the property for about a year.

Cindy Anderson, TEAM Santa Rosa executive director, said there is an aerospace and defense company looking into occupying part of the park.
