One Harvest helps residents eat well

Interfaith Ministries of Gulf Breeze has launched a new food purchasing program to replace Angel Food Ministries, which discontinued service in the area.

One Harvest Food Ministries will now provide boxes of food at reduced costs to area residents. The program is a once-monthly food purchasing opportunity to help provide quality, healthy foods for families without the high price.

For kids who are abused or neglected and need to be removed from their own homes, there is often very little normal or reassuring that they can cling to in a time of trauma.

Temple Beth Shalom : Preserving tradition, building community

President Marty Siegel and his wife Betty moved to Fort Walton Beach and began their search for a temple at which to worship. Finding nothing that suited their needs, they founded Temple Beth Shalom.
