Silent auction offers big prizes

It’s back for a second time – “A Splash of Spirit” silent auction hosted by the St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church.

The auction, which kicks off at 6 p.m. Oct. 24 in Henderson Hall, adjacent to the church, is the largest fundraiser for St. Augustine’s.

“We will try to use a majority of the proceeds for the parish’s Building Our Future Fund,”  said Betsy Powell, the parish rector.  “We also host this to open our doors to the Navarre community so they get to know us and we can get to know them.”
