Sacred Heart Hospital is hosting a two-day retreat for families wanting to improve parent-child communications about sexuality.
The "Teen Talk: Real Love & Real Life" retreat is for seventh and eighth-grade boys and girls and their parents. The first session will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 3 and the second session will be from 12:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Sacred Heart Conference Center in Pensacola.
"Basically it's just for teens and their family members who are looking for ways to open up the lines of communications to talk about chastity, values and morals," said event organizer Cat Ellis.
