Helping the new face of homelessness

AngeleAlAahnaAn, Tami Degroote, Diane Revere, Lynne Remy and Ron Wallis discuss some issues facing the South Santa Rosa Resource Center, which is located in the Community of Christ Church.Since they opened their doors in August of 2010, the South Santa Rosa Resource Center is finding the county has many needy people, but few available services to help. The center hopes to fill some of that gap.
The idea for the Santa Rosa Resource Center was sparked when, according to Lynne Remy, director of the center, Community Church of Christ wanted to do more in the community. The center is housed within the church on Presidio Street.
