Things are changing at Calvary Chapel in Gulf Breeze, beginning with the lease and renovation of a building in Destin that will serve as the church’s new campus.
The new home of the Destin campus is a building owned by St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church by the Sea, located on U.S. Highway 98 just past the Destin Bridge. The building has a total of 12,000 square feet on two levels. Calvary Chapel Destin will occupy the top floor of the building, which has been equipped with eight classrooms, a mini office and a coffee house. Most importantly, the new facility has a sanctuary with seating for 100.
