In the case of Donna Potts, when her mother became too old to care for herself, Donna saw a role reversal.
She now had to seek out services for her mother that would not only enable her to stay in Donna's home, but to live out her life comfortably, peacefully.
"It was frustrating not to know all the resources that were available to her," said Donna, a social worker.
