County, Gulf Power to study wind power

When the Florida Parks and Recreation Division transferred Navarre Beach State Park back to Santa Rosa County, Commissioner Gordon Goodin asked residents to suggest ways to use the property.

Mike Sandler stepped forward and asked the county to consider windmills.
