Santa Rosa County finally has permission to build a pier on Navarre Beach, Fla., Commissioner Gordon Goodin announced last week.“I’ve seen an electronic version of the document; it’s beautiful,” he told about 100 residents Dec. 2 at a town hall meeting to discuss Navarre Beach’s future. “It’s done.”
