The working hours of Jane McAdam, Rachel Price and Cheryl Chant may remind some people of an old Dunkin’ Donuts commercial - ‘It’s time to make the doughnuts.’
Every day at least one of them arrives at Sailor’s Grill Bakery at 5:45 a.m. Sailor’s Grill opens at 8 a.m. The trio makes every baked item needed for the day. However, for Thanksgiving week and the week before Christmas, their workload is tripled.
