Pier management proposals sought

Santa Rosa County has released a request for proposals to operate and manage the Navarre Beach Pier.
During a Jan. 24 board of county commissioners meeting, the commissioners approved extending the current lease through Nov. 2013 and soliciting bids for pier management.
