Fishing line entangles Pelican

A day of bird watching on Nov. 4 at the Santa Rosa Sound led to the discovery of a dead pelican by Krista Morgan and her son.
“It was something to come upon a peacefully dead pelican only to discover it had died because it was bound with fishing line,” said Morgan.
