Sand Sculpting to build fall tourism

The third annual Navarre Beach Sand Sculpting Festival has grown in size and organizers hope it will become a self-supporting signature event for Navarre.
“I believe it fits into what seems to be what people want for Navarre Beach - nature, family, enjoying the outdoors and all the beach has to offer, said Kate Wilkes, executive director of the Tourist Development Council. “ I'm quite certain we outdid last year.”
