BMW stuck in the sand

A driver lost control of his BMW at 6:46 p.m. on Aug. 7 west of Opal Beach.
The driver drove off the road into the sand about 200 feet before hitting a sand dune. The vehicle was launched into the air and landed about 150 feet from J. Earl Bowden Highway. The Navarre Beach Fire Department assisted Escambia Station 13 with the response.
