Weddings still booming on beach

What could be better than exchanging vows as the sun sets, with the waves lapping against the shore, seagulls crowing overhead, friends and family nearby and sand between your toes?

Well, not much – except maybe a sensible price tag.

Mike and Cecelia Cappella started Tropical Beach Weddings just five years ago, and opened the Navarre Beach office three years ago. They’ve seen business boom, from 15 weddings on Navarre Beach their first year to 140 now. And they now employ 13 people, including three officiates, three photographers and a florist.
