Beach-goers may get a peek at Navarre Beach’s latest additions– dozens of black skimmer hatchlings – roaming the sugar-white sands. The birds, by nature, are mostly active at dawn and dusk. Visitors and residents are reminded to observe the speed limits on Gulf Boulevard.
