Perfect FunFest weekend

Many use the term, “banner day”  to mean the weather is terrific and that the day was nearly perfect. FunFest occurred on just such a banner weekend.

Last Friday and Saturday, Navarre Beach Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Bill Arnett and his staff and volunteers said they were happy with the weather and the turnout for this year’s rendition of FunFest.

“The weather cooperated and our turnout with respect to people and vendors matched last year,” said Arnett. 

John Hays, 2011 FunFest chair and board chair-elect of the chamber, said that the event layout had to change because of local fire department regulations.
