The Weather Channel’s Julie Martin interviewed Navarre Beach Fishing Pier manager Dorothy Slye on March 25 for a feature, “Hurricane Season,” scheduled to air June 5 or 6, regarding areas along the Gulf Coast that have been adversely affected by hurricanes in recent years.
Martin, in her fourth year with TWC after 10 years of doing local news in the Midwest, will also be visiting such places as Foley, Ala., and New Orleans.
