Beach fire department pays off building loan

Ken Rudzki, treasurer of the Navarre Beach Fire Department, had some happy news for the Navarre Beach Leaseholders and Residents Association at its Feb. 20 meeting.
“We have received a settlement for the damages incurred by Hurricanes Ivan and Dennis,” he said. “We can now pay off the mortgage on the building and we will be completely debt free.”
