The seawall along Navarre Causeway has needed repairs for several years.
“The existing seawall has broken in several places and sand and rocks from the causeway are being eroded away,” said project engineer Chris Phillips of Coastal Technology Corp. Coastal Tech is Santa Rosa County’s consultant for beach-, marine- and shoreline-related matters.
