Marine sanctuary Web site online, grants in the works

The Navarre Near-Shore Underwater Marine Sanctuary Committee is focusing on fundraising and publicity, Chairman Mark Griffith said at the group’s March 26 meeting.

4_2_beachpier_text.jpg“One of the first things we did was to create a Web site,”  said chairman Mark Griffith.  “Thanks to Kenny Wilder and Brad Riley, www.navarrebeach marinesanctuary.com is up and running. We will post updates to the site with current news about the sanctuary and related topics. The Web site will also allow users to make tax-deductible donations to the sanctuary.”
