NABOR celebrates 30th Anniversary

It had one stoplight and the few stop signs drivers came upon were scarred by buck shot.
“Hunters used them as target practice,”  said Phil Babiak, co-owner of Century 21 Island View Realty.  “But since then, we’ve undergone some changes. Each year, Navarre is gaining 1,000 new permanent residents."
