Noted author and runner Jeff Galloway will appear at Run With It, a running store in the Publix Shopping Center in Navarre, from 4-7 p.m. Dec. 23 to answer questions and sign copies of his books.

Not since Jim Fixx’s legs appeared on the cover of his book “Running” in the 1970s has an author induced as many couch potatoes into an exercise program. Many of his devotees are running for the first time in their lives.
