Making ‘use’ of holiday gifts

When Melissa Harvey of Navarre asked her out-of-state brother what he wanted for Christmas, he gave a simple answer.

“He said he just wanted something he could use, like a gas card or (a gift card) to a restaurant,”  Harvey said.  Gas prices are good now, but they’re not going to stay this way forever.”
