East Bay Boulevard path a hit with residents

It’s not the Yellow Brick Road, but residents along East Bay Boulevard think the new multi-use path there is pretty special.

“It’s wonderful,” said Lin Gage. He and wife Betty used to walk around their Country Breeze Estates neighborhood. “There are too many sandburs” among the grass and weeds lining East Bay Boulevard to walk there, Betty said. But the 8-foot-wide multi-use path Santa Rosa County is building on the north side of the road is adding new options to the Gages’  twice-daily walks.
