CERT adds 9 new members to first aid squad

The Navarre-Santa Rosa Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) added nine members to its 85-plus squad after class-ending exercises March 17 at the E.H. Pullum Senior Center.

“It is not pass/fail. It was our field and ground exercises where the students can show what they have learned,’’ said Louis Greene, CERT coordinator. “We set up a tornado scenario with persons injured, some very badly.’’
